Name engraving using a branding pen
Using a tool called a 'branding pen' with a tip heated to nearly 400°C, letters are burned onto the surface of the leather.

We use a cowhide called Amazonia produced in the Santa Croce region of Italy. It is vegetable-tanned and dye-finished, and the vacchetta method ensures the leather retains ample oils, so it develops a rich patina and natural shine the more you use it. This leather is perfect for enjoying aging over time.
The brass hardware will gradually take on an antique look with use. It is a material you can enjoy alongside the leather’s aging.
