Q, how long does it take to receive an order?

On the homepage, the delivery date may vary greatly depending on the availability of stock and the production schedule. Also, even if you visit the store, the product may be out of stock. If you are in a hurry to purchase over-the-counter, please contact us before coming to the store for availability.

Q, how much is the shipping fee?

Basically, we will guide you with free shipping for all products.

However, please note that a separate fee will be charged for customers living overseas, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

Q, can it be repaired?

If it is an anshare product, we will repair it regardless of the age of use. If it is a very simple repair, it may be possible to do it free of charge, but if it takes time to replace parts, we will repair it at a reasonable repair cost. Please feel free to contact us at the store or by email or phone.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges if you send the product for repair.


Q, can you make a custom order?

We also accept custom-made products. At anshare, we accept custom-made products that change some parts of the product or change only the color without changing the parts, and full-order products that are made from scratch according to the customer's request. In that case, if it is a sentence such as an email or a message, the images may be different from each other, so it is recommended that those who live in Okinawa actually visit the store.

Q, Can you deliver the previously ordered item and the newly ordered item together?

It can be bundled if it is in time for packing. However, please note that refunds and discounts are not possible even if the cash on delivery fee is duplicated. In addition, please note that if the packaging has already been completed, we will not be able to respond even if you request it.

 

Q, Is it possible to repair other companies' products?

I'm sorry. Repair is positioned as an after-sales follow-up service for customers who have purchased our products. Therefore, we do not accept products from other companies.
