Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will ship your order within two weeks of your order, so please allow up to 18 days, including delivery time, for your order to arrive.

Q:I want it right away.

On the website, delivery dates may vary significantly depending on inventory availability and production schedules. Also, even if you visit the store, the product may be out of stock. Q:How much does shipping cost?

Basically, we offer free shipping on all products .
However, please note that additional fees will be charged for customers living overseas, or for bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Q:Can it be repaired?

Anshare products can be repaired regardless of the age of use. If it is a very simple repair, we may be able to do it for free, but if it requires replacement of parts or labor, we will charge a reasonable repair fee. Please feel free to contact us at our store, by email or by phone.
If you wish to send us your product for repair, we apologize for the inconvenience, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q:Can I request custom-made items?

We also accept custom orders. At anshare, we accept custom-made orders in which some parts of the product are changed, only the color is changed without changing any parts, and full-order made orders in which products are made from scratch according to the customer's requests. At that time, we recommend that those living in Okinawa Prefecture actually visit the store, as text such as emails and messages may cause a discrepancy between the images.

Q:Can you ship the item I previously ordered and the item I am newly ordering together?

It can be bundled if it is packed in time. However, please note that even if COD fees are duplicated, refunds or discounts cannot be given. Also, please note that if the packaging has already been completed, we will not be able to accommodate your request for bundling.

Q, Is it possible to repair other companies' products?

I'm sorry. Repairs are positioned as an after-sales follow-up service for customers who have purchased our products. Therefore, we do not accept products from other companies.
