Name engraving using a branding pen
Using a tool called a 'branding pen' with a tip heated to nearly 400°C, letters are burned onto the surface of the leather.

▪︎About the Material
We use Amazonia cowhide produced in the Santa Croce region of Italy. Tanned with vegetable tannins and finished with dyes, then treated using the vacchetta method so the leather retains rich oils. The color deepens and develops a natural sheen the more you use it, offering a beautiful patina over time.
The brass fittings will develop an antique-like finish with use. These materials can be enjoyed together with the leather's aging.
