Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all packages may be subject to customs duties. Most of our leather goods are classified under HS codes that generally result in a customs fee of about 10% of the product price. Please note that this fee is the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the U.S. customs authorities upon delivery.
After receiving the product, please check to see if it is defective and if it matches your order.
In the unlikely event of any of the above problems, please contact us. In addition, our online store is located in Japan and products are shipped from Japan. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason by the customer after the product arrives at our store.
Returns and Exchanges
Products undergo a rigorous quality inspection prior to shipment. In the unlikely event of natural damage to the product, a defect in the product, or the wrong product, the product will be replaced.
If an exchange is deemed necessary, please contact us promptly within 10 days of receiving the product. After confirming the details of your order, we will prepare a replacement product that you can use with confidence.
However, if the product is out of stock, we will refund your money.
Notes on Returns of Exchanged Products
All items eligible for exchange must be new and unused. Leather products are very delicate. Please be careful not to scratch the item with your fingernails or other sharp objects. Also, please be careful not to get stains from water, sweat, oil, etc.
When returning the product, please be aware that changing the storage method may cause scratches, stains, or mold on the leather. When returning the product, please return the packing box and accessories (anti-fungal agent and non-woven cloth) to the condition in which they were delivered.
Whether or not an item can be exchanged depends on the condition of the item at the time of purchase.
・Returns for customer's convenience
All products delivered are non-returnable, except in the case that the above defective replacement product is out of stock.
However, in the event of cancellation or refund due to other reasons of the customer, we will deduct the incurred shipping costs and other expenses as appropriate. Refunds will be issued within 1 to 2 weeks after the merchandise you wish to return arrives at our company and after we confirm that there is no error in the merchandise.
Customs duties of the destination country are not levied by us. Therefore, we will not be able to refund any customs duties or sales taxes paid by the customer. Please contact your local tax office for more information.
Refund Policy
Credit card refunds will be based on the amount on the statement.

宜野湾市に住んでます、オーバー40のおじさんです。先月、アンシェアさんのショップに初めて行きました。雰囲気から、匂いから、作品から店員さんまで素敵でした。そのなかでも、自転車好きと言うよっしーさんのちいさな自転車用カバン好きですね。鍵も遊び心たっぷり。で、もし、あの感じでバイク用のサイドバッグを作るとしたら、予算はどのくらいかかりますか?概算ですが。サイドバッグをずっと探していましたが、なんかしっくりこなくて、それがあのよっしーさんのバッグで一生もんだなって勝手におもってしまいました。バイク用は製作されていないとおもいますが、ご検討いただけないでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。
